EQUINE SESSION
In-Person Equine Session:
Starting at $125 per horse, plus applicable travel and essential oil costs.
A personalized, hands-on session at your horse’s location. Aromatherapy is the foundation of my work, and sessions may also include Horse Harmony Touch™, red light therapy, and acupressure based on the individual horse and the purpose of the session.
Your session price, any essential oil costs, and the applicable travel fee will be discussed during your free 15-minute discovery call and confirmed before you book the appointment.
How it works
If you haven’t already, book your free 15-minute discovery call so we can talk about your horse and the purpose of the session.
After the call, I will send you the booking information, along with a Consent to Perform Alternative Equine Therapies form and a Horse History Form. Please sign the consent form, complete the history form, and return both before your appointment.
You will receive an invoice showing the confirmed session price, any essential oil costs, and the applicable travel fee. Payment is due before the session begins.
I will come to your horse’s location and start with an evaluation before moving into the hands-on session. Most appointments last 45 minutes to one hour, though some may take longer depending on how your horse responds during the session.
To help the session go smoothly, please have your horse reasonably clean, dry, and ready when I arrive. If light exercise beforehand usually helps your horse settle, feel free to include that. Sessions are best held in a quiet area away from distractions.

Equine Aromatherapy
Essential oils are selected based on your horse’s individual needs and responses, with careful attention to safety.
Red Light Therapy
A gentle, non-invasive approach used to support comfort, relaxation, healthy circulation, and overall well-being.
Targeted Red Light Session: Starting at $50 per horse, plus applicable travel.
Horse Harmony Touch™
A personalized session that may include aromatherapy, red light therapy, and acupressure based on your horse’s individual needs and the purpose of the session.
Personalized Follow-Up
During the discovery call, we will discuss your horse’s needs and agree on the focus of the session. After the hands-on session, you will receive a brief written summary of the approaches used, your horse’s responses, and any recommended next steps. A 15-minute follow-up by chat, text, or phone is also included.
Good to know
A travel fee applies based on distance from Anderson Creek Primary School in Bunnlevel. It may be lower when I have another appointment nearby.
Each horse is priced separately. When more than one horse is scheduled at the same location, the travel fee may be shared, which can reduce the cost for each owner.

In-Person Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. This fee may be waived in the case of an emergency at the discretion of Shelayne Fico EquiBalance.
